Terry Mosley

Terry Duane Mosley, 72, of Amarillo, went home to be with his Savior Friday, March 10, 2017.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 13, 2017, at Pleasant Valley Church, 555 E. Hastings, with the Rev. Chance Perkins officiating. A graveside service will follow immediately at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd., Amarillo, Texas. 

Terry was born January 27, 1945, in Lockney, Texas, to Howard and Dorothy Mosley. He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1966 to 1970. Terry prided himself on being a traditional cowboy and was a pen rider for several feed yards. After a 25-year career, Terry retired from Pantex in 2011 where he was highly respected. Terry was a Jesus follower as well as a member and servant at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Terry married Gail Turner on February 14, 2004. He was a man of high integrity, morality, and a faithful prayer warrior. Above all he loved and adored his family.

Survivors include his wife, Gail; a son, Matthew Eytcheson and wife Cami, of Amarillo; four daughters, Heather Neeley and fiance' Warren Perkins of Amarillo; Michele Wolff of Austin; Melissa Mosley of Cave Junction, Oregon; Stephanie Ward and husband Cody, of Amarillo; a brother, Mick Mosley and wife Lynda of San Diego, CA, and nine grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Smack Pak 4 Kids or Second Chance House.

Terry was a good ol' boy and together we left  many a tire rut around Eddie's.  RIP, cowboy.
